Each event has a booking deadline and we encourage members to book by this date.  For some events the club reserves places and these may have to be released if not filled by the booking deadline.

PLEASE BOOK EARLY - remember other hostellers do, especially at Bank Holidays.

Do not be discouraged if the booking deadline has passed.  You are still welcome if there is accommodation available.  You will need to contact the event leader first to check that the event is still running and/or numbers attending.  For enquiries after the booking deadline the event leader will tell you how to book.  You may need to book directly with the hostel or arrange alternative accommodation.  If we know an event is full we will update the website to show this.

For some events the leaders have given their email address in the detailed programme.  To request
a full printed programme with booking instructions and leader contact details for all events
email the membership secretary.

Please note that some club activities may be hazardous and that those who attend do so at their own risk. This means that the neither the club nor the committee nor the event/walk leaders can accept liability for any injuries that occur.
